Farr-ST Supa-X Stem V2 31.8 – Available in various lengths

A purpose-designed Oversize 31.8 stem for lowering your front-end and ensuring maximum power and efficiency out the gate!

We’ve seen the Pro riders trying to achieve a lower front-end by flipping conventional stems and in most cases having to resort to adding headset spacers below the stem to ensure clearance and correct fit with today’s frames.

Apart from clearance issues, the upside-down fitment of the stem results in the clamp bolts being underneath the stem which can lead to other problems – either difficult assembly or incorrect assembly with reduced clamping force etc.

Our new SUPA-X V2 stem has been sculpted and shaped to clear today’s oversize carbon headtubes and allow for a lower front-end whilst still offering the benefit of Oversize 31.8 handlebars.

By offering a -5mm drop ( measured from center of steerer tube to center of handlebar ) this allows for an average of 20mm overall drop in cockpit height. This various depending on your current stem model and/or setup with spacers etc. Please see the technical drawing in the image gallery for further details.

With a massive 55mm overall width we also ensure maximum stiffness for efficiency and stiffness when you need it most.
